Financial Workflow Training That Actually Makes Sense
We built this program because too many finance teams struggle with approval systems that slow everything down. Our autumn 2025 cohort starts September 15th — we're keeping groups small so everyone gets real attention.

Our instructors aren't just teaching theory. They've spent years fixing broken approval processes in real businesses across Taiwan's finance sector.

Oskar Lindqvist
Workflow Systems Lead
Spent eight years untangling budget approval nightmares at mid-size companies. He knows exactly where processes break down and how to fix them without disrupting your entire operation.

Mirela Petrovic
Finance Process Consultant
Worked with over thirty finance teams to streamline their approval chains. She's particularly good at helping teams transition from spreadsheet chaos to structured systems.

Siobhan Gallagher
Implementation Strategist
Helps teams actually adopt new systems instead of reverting to old habits. Her background in change management makes the technical stuff feel manageable.

Questions We Hear Most Often
People always ask about the same things before signing up. Here's what you actually need to know.
How long does the program run?
Twelve weeks from mid-September through early December 2025. That includes ten teaching weeks plus two weeks for your final project where you design an approval workflow for a real scenario.
Do I need finance experience?
Basic familiarity helps, but we're not teaching accounting. If you understand how budgets get approved in your organization and want to make that process better, you'll do fine.
What if I miss sessions?
Everything gets recorded and posted within 24 hours. You'll also get session notes and any materials we used. Just try to attend live when possible since the group discussions are valuable.
Is there homework?
Expect 3-4 hours per week outside of sessions. Most of it is practical — mapping your current approval process, identifying bottlenecks, testing solutions. Nothing theoretical or busywork.
What's the group size?
We cap cohorts at 18 people. Small enough that instructors know everyone's name and understand your specific challenges. Large enough for diverse perspectives when discussing solutions.
Can my team join together?
Absolutely — we offer group rates for three or more from the same organization. Having colleagues in the program makes it easier to implement changes afterward since everyone's on the same page.
What tools do we learn?
The concepts work with any system, but we demonstrate using common platforms like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic workflow software. We're not tied to specific vendors.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, split tuition across three monthly payments if that works better. First payment due at registration in August, then October and November. No interest or additional fees.

This is from our spring cohort where participants mapped out their current approval processes. By week four, most people had identified at least three unnecessary steps they could eliminate immediately.
